By downloading, installing, or using PixScan ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PixScan is a mobile document scanning application that allows you to:

Capture documents using your device's camera
Import images from your gallery
Crop and adjust scanned documents
Apply image filters
Save documents as PDF or image files
Manage your scanned documents locally

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PixScan for personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Not use the App to scan, copy, or distribute copyrighted materials without authorization
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Not use the App for any fraudulent or illegal activity

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of PixScan, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Privacy

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixScan and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
